All Scholarship recipients will be responsible for the difference in Tuition payments only.
Before/After Care from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. isINCLUDED in the Annual Tuition rates for all grade levels.
Annual Tuition may be paid monthly in advance (in ten installments starting on August 1st and ending on May 1st), Quarterly (every 3 months starting on August 1st) or Annually (paid by August 1st.)
Lunch is included for Toddlers thru Pre-Kinder students ONLY. See LUNCH POLICIES for K-8 students.
ADDITIONAL FEES & PENALTIES:
Special accommodations and/or additional resources, as determined by Highpoint's Administration, will beprovided to students at Main Campus that are receiving the“Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities” (FES/UA). Tuition for these students will be an additional $2,000.00 per school year.
Credit Card fee: All payments made with a credit card will be charged an automatic fee of up to 3% per transaction.
Late Payment Penalties: $50.00 late payment penalty will be charged when tuition or tuition co-payment is paid on or after the 8th day of each month.(Students whose accounts are 15 days past due may not be admitted in school until tuition is paid.)
Bank Fees: $50.00 penalty fee will be charged for all checks returned by the Bank.
Fee for lost ID Badges: $20.00 fee will be charged for replacement of lost ID Badge.
Late Pick-Up fees: After 5:30 p.m, a late pick-up charge of $10.00 for every 15 minutes, or fraction thereof, must be paid directly to staff member assuming responsibility for child after closing hours. Late pick-up charges also apply on all early dismissal days.
Tardy Fees: Please refer to Highpoint’s “ATTENDANCE POLICIES” (inside Highpoint's INFORMATION MANUAL) regarding tardy fees.
NOT INCLUDED in Tuition: Uniforms, E-Books, Textbooks, Workbooks, School Supplies, After-School Sports, Extra-Curricular and Enrichment Programs, Tutoring, and required "Speech & Language" and "Occupational Skills Screenings" (for Jr. PRE-K, VPK and Kindergarten students only.)
