​We place emphasis on bilingual education.​

​As a bilingual school, Spanish is a required subject at all grade levels. ​We make sure our students learn how to read, write and speak in Spanish. They also learn all about different Hispanic countries and cultures, learn and perform during our annual "Hispanic Heritage" celebrations, and learn to understand the tremendous value they'll ​have in life if they are fully bilingual! ​​

​​We teach students to have healthy lifestyle habits.

Our Students are encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle!  We have our own Organic Gardens where students grow their fruits & vegetables and learn all about the importance of eating healthy and exercising. ​​(We don't serve or sell soft drinks, sugary juices, fried foods, foods with high fructose corn syrups or foods high in sodium or saturated fats.) ​​

Highpoint students explore the worlds of music, ​visual arts, and the performing arts.

We prioritize developing every child's unique strengths and encourage their self-confidence through various programs within the Arts.

Highpoint students are exposed to the Arts at all ages as an avenue to encourage their creativity, expand their understanding, and provide the tools for self-expression. Our goal is to develop all students’ appreciation and talents, bringing the arts into their lives and providing courses that can take them from beginner to conservatory levels.

"Go Greyhounds!"​

​The mission of Highpoint Academy's Athletic Programs is to encourage students to be responsible team players who focus on playing their personal best without emphasizing on the win or the loss. Both competitive and intramural sports are played year-round.

​Our excellent Coaches teach our students the rules of each sport and how to play each game. Students are also encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, fitness and proper nutrition. We strive to build self-esteem and instill the values of teamwork and sportsmanship into all of our student athletes.

We encourage our children to be creative and to use their imaginations!

Highpoint's unique "Imagination City" develops our children's gross motor skills and stimulates their imagination.

​Our "World Mini-Golf" stimulates hand-eye coordination. The nine holes are each in a different "continent" so they also learn about world geography while playing! 

K-8 Students learn interactively by accessing their books and the world on their iPads.
