ADMISSION TO PRESCHOOL

Pre-School (ages 2 to 5) 

​Enrollment for Toddlers thru VPK is based on availability. Students entering Kindergarten must take a general knowledge Entrance Exam and be observed by the Kindergarten teacher prior to admission. Students will be placed in the grade level that corresponds with their chronological age, using September 1st as the cut-off date

​Toddlers:  Must turn two (2) years old before September 1st *
Jr. Pre-K:  Must turn three (3) years old before September 1st *
VPK:  Must turn four (4) years old before September 1st *
Kindergarten:  Must turn (5) five years old before September 1st *


*Note: Children born between September 1st and October 15th may be admitted or promoted based on both our teacher's recommendation and the observation of numerous readiness areas. These areas include, but are not limited to, the following:  maturity, social skills, sense of responsibility, language and communication abilities, manual dexterity and overall academic readiness.
